Final HUD approval must be given by Alcova Mortgage before disbursement.

No Power of Attorney allowed unless approved by lender.

Settlement agency is not authorized to make changes to docs - please contact closing department prior to closing with changes / errors.

Closing agents to provide required Alta Endorsements with final title policy 8.1 & 9.
